The Living Moon Collection is a celebration of bamboo craftsmanship, guided by the principles of biomimicry design inspired by nature’s intelligence. Every curve and structure in this collection echoes the natural forms and cycles observed in the world around us, especially the phases of the moon.

Designed by Elora Hardy of IBUKU and brought to life by the master artisans of Bamboo Pure, each piece is shaped by hand from locally grown bamboo. Known for its strength, flexibility and graceful lines, bamboo becomes more than material here.

Rooted in Balinese craft, yet shaped for contemporary culture, Living Moon is a fusion of natural material, intentional design, and handmade excellence.

The new moon chair is an updated version of our classic moon chair. It is a distinctive piece shaped by curfing lines and refined joinery. Designed for both comfort and sculptural appeal, this chair embodies the balance of function and artistry, bringing the essence of handmade craftsmanship to an elevated modern standard.

Mushroom Lamp

A sculptural lighting piece designed by John Hardy, the Mushroom Lamp echoes organic forms found in nature. Each lamp emerges from a solid volcanic stone base, with hand-shaped bamboo stems branching upward, topped by softly tapered bamboo veneer shades. Each lamp is unique based on the materials used.
