Completed in 2025 in Sibang, Bali, the Living Bridge is a bamboo pavilion and community hub designed by Mizzi Studio in collaboration with students of Green School, and engineered by Atelier One. Set on a 190 m² site, the structure embodies experiential learning through design-build methodology. The bamboo mixed-building typology combines structural experimentation with educational purpose, allowing students to engage directly in the creation process.
Flowing structural members curve and intersect to form a bridge-like pavilion that functions as both connector and gathering space. The project stands as a testament to collaborative architecture — merging pedagogy, sustainability, and structural ingenuity into a living classroom embedded within the lush landscape of Bali.
